Camán & Play is a new, fun based play activity class incorporating the skills of Gaelic Football and Hurling for pre-school children aged between 2 ½ years and 4 ½ years. The activity class is run by Joanne Keane, a primary school teacher with 2 children of her own, aged 4 and 3.

The focus of the class is to enhance the child’s confidence, to develop agility, balance, co-ordination and teamwork in a fun environment.

Children are also introduced to the Irish language with numbers, colours, movement directions and greetings as Gaeilge.

Classes are every Tuesday at Naomh Olaf’s GAA Club, Sandyford Industrial Estate:

•        – (Bigger Tots) 3/3½ to 4½ year olds, 9:45am to 10:30am
•        – (Little Tots) 2½ to 3/3½  year olds, 10:35am to 11:10am

2 coaches work with each group.
