Sharyn Hayden
Sharyn Hayden is a writer and producer living in Dublin. An alumna of the iconic Dublin Youth Theatre, she worked as an actor's agent for eight years and was involved in managing the careers of high profile actors such as Brendan Gleeson, Ruth Negga, Kate O'Toole, Allen Leech and Gabriel Byrne, before returning to writing full-time. Sharyn is soon to release her third published book, she has created and produced comedy shorts for Maximum Media and is Associate Producer on Irish short film COAST (2025) with her production company 23 Up Films. Her first television drama is in development with Screen Ireland, co-written with lifelong collaborator Marc Cleary (Mist Media). 'HEADSHOTS' is Sharyn's first short film screenplay (OFFICIAL SELECTION Lit Laughs Comedy Festival 2025, Berlin International Screenwriting Festival, FINALIST Sunday Shorts (London) 2024 and FINALIST Hollywood Just4Shorts 2024). Read Full
